architects Farrells, Tower West boasts
incredible views of London’s skyline.
Chelsea Waterfront is a landmark development which seamlessly blends London’s heritage with cutting edge architecture and design.
Located on Lots Road, London SW10, Chelsea Waterfront is a residential-led mixed-use development. It is the only major development site of its size on the north side of the river, west of Canary Wharf and includes the iconic Lots Road Power Station which is to be carefully refurbished. The scheme includes two towers of 37 and 25 storeys and low rise apartments situated on the river’s edge surrounded by landscaped gardens which are publically accessible, opening up 400m of waterfront to the public.
For this project, Farrells are providing full architectural services and interior design for this development, as well as the masterplan for the site. The latter meant incorporating the historic icon that is Lots Road Power Station which is connected by a series of bridges designed by Farrells. This holistic urban approach is set to enrich the sense of place for those moving into what is the only major development site of its size north of the River Thames, west of Canary Wharf.
Waterfront occupies an exclusive piece of water frontage on the River Thames’ north bank, offering its residents fantastic views over the water every morning, noon and night.
